Given the shocking extent of misunderstanding, oppression, murder, and all the other nastiness, this is hardly surprising. However, sometimes it's important to look inward.     Pro-Reform is a framework arguing that cautious legal reforms are needed to offer greater rights and protections to MAPs and Youth. The framework being proposed is a personal position and not necessarily agreed upon by all members of Mu.
